If you have sent your survey answers to partners@columbustravelmedia.com before 17:00 GMT on 15 Nov 2019, you will automatically enter into a £50 Amazon gift voucher prize draw.

Terms & conditions

1. The promoter of this prize draw is Columbus Travel Media through its survey email.
2. Closing date and time: 15 November 2019 17:00 GMT.
3. The prize is a £50 Amazon gift voucher, non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives. The voucher will be sent to the winner via email.
4. This free prize draw is open to colleges who are customers of Columbus Travel Media excluding employees of Columbus Travel Media and their relatives.
5. Maximum of one entry per person.
6. The “entrant” is the person whose name is identified on the mode of entry.
7. By submitting the survey answers, you have granted Columbus Travel Media/ World Travel Guide an unlimited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use and share your answers across multiple platforms.
8. Only one winner is chosen and will be picked at random.
9. The winner will be notified in an email. See below for privacy policies.
10. The winner will be announced before 17:00 GMT on 19 November 2018.
11. To be able to claim the prize, the winner must send an email to travel.editorial@columbustravelmedia.com with the required information within 7 days of receiving the notification. Failure to respond within the requested period or provide their personal details will result in the prize being forfeited by the prize winner. Columbus Travel Media has the right to choose an alternate winner with the same conditions.
12. By participating in this prize draw, entrants confirm they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
13. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any third party.

Liabilities

1. Columbus Travel Media will not be responsible for (and will have no liability in connection with) acts, omissions and occurrences beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, including but not limited to:
   1. any postponement or cancellation of the Promotion;
   2. any changes to prizes or the way in which they can be used;
   3. damage, loss, injury suffered by any entrant entering the promotion or as a result of accepting any prize;
   4. problems with the allotment or dispatch of prizes (such as prizes failing to reach the intended recipient); and
   5. any act, omission or default of any third party supplier.
2. Columbus Travel Media does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failure of any kind, which may affect the sending, receipt or processing of your entry.
3. Entries may be subject to moderation. The Promoter reserves the right (in its sole discretion) to deem an entry to be ineligible should it contain offensive, inappropriate, obscene, unlawful or otherwise objectionable content.
4. If Columbus Travel Media’s prize draw is unable to run as planned due to computer virus, network/technical/communications failure, tampering or any cause beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected entries (subject to any written directions given under applicable law). Entries must not be made through agents or third parties or any automated entry software or any other means which allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly. Incomplete entries will be disqualified and will not be counted.
5. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all respects on all entrants.

1. Once Columbus Travel Media has sent the prize to the winning recipient, their contact details will be destroyed.

English Law Applies

1. This Promotion, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including the prize(s)), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this Promotion (including the prize(s)).
